Salam Aidil Adha to all our muslim reader.

Hope this year Eid Adha bring ourself grateful to Allah and Redha with what we have ordained.

To mark the upcoming Eid Al-Adha, qurban ceremony were held at my in-law resident. Two cows were sacrified, each for the sunnat qurban and aqiqah.

Tanda tanda sakit yang selalu kita rasakan berhubung kait dengan fungsi badan yang lain. Bacalah untuk menilai sejauh mana kesihatan diri anda:

1. MATA. Bertindak balas dengan keadaan hati.
i) Mata menjadi merah: Hati mengandungi paras toksin yang tinggi. Matamenjadi merah menandakan badan kita sedang dalam proses pembuangan toksin.
ii) Mata menjadi kabur: Sering berlaku pada waktu pagi.Menandakanproses penyeimbangan hati sedang berlaku.
iii) Keluar tahi mata: Fungsi hati lemah, pembuangan toksin sedang berlaku. Ini juga menunjukkan badan mengandungi asid berlebihan.
iv) Keluar air mata: Gangguan emosi yang bersangkut dengan hati atau bebanan kerjav) Ketegangan mata dan kelopak . Tekanan perasaan kerana tidak puas hati atau bebanan yang berat.

2. HIDUNG. Hidung mempunyai hubungan rapat dengan paru-paru dan kerongkong.
i) Selsema
a. Proses pembuangan toksin di bahagian kerongkong.
b. Badan mengandungi asid berlebihan (biasanya suhu badan meningkat).
ii) Hidung sebu
a. Paru-paru mengandungi toksin yang berlebihan.
b. Proses menyeimbangkan masalah alahan hidung.
iii) Bersin
a. Proses membuang toksin di bahagian kerongkong.
b. Proses menyeimbangkan masalah alahan hidung.
iv) Batuk
a. Batuk keluar kahak: Proses membuang toksin di bahagian kerongkong.
b. Batuk tanpa kahak: Paru-paru mengandungi toksin yang berlebihan.Biasanyakahak pekat keluar setepas beberapa hari memakan RG.
c. Batuk dan berasa gatal di kerongkong: Proses membuang toksin dibahagian kerongkong dan paru-paru, biasanya berlaku pada orang yang >banyak merokok atau terdedah kepada udara yang tercemar.

3. KERONGKONG
i) Kerongkong kering . Proses membuang toksin sedang berlaku diseluruh badan. Ini adalah anda bahawa badan kita memerlukan banyak air untuk membuang toksin.
ii) Sakit kerongkong . Seperti di atas. Paras keracunan lebih serius.

4. BIBIR . Berkaitan dengan fungsi sistem penghadaman.
i) Bibir pucat :
a. Sistem penghadaman yang lemah.
b. Perut mengandungi angin.
c. Kurang darah yang disebabkan oleh sistem penghadaman yang kurang sempurna dan mengakibatkan kekurangan zat besi. Sepatutnya diperkuatkan fungsi penghadaman dahulu dengan RG sebelum memakan zat besi.
ii) Bibir kering dan pecah :Perut mengandungi banyak bahan toksin.

5. MULUT DAN LIDAH: Berkaitan dengan fungsi jantung dan sistem pengedaran darah.
i) Lidah atau gusi bengkak, sakit: Menunjukkan jantung mempunyai masalah, seperti lemak yang berlebihan, injap menjadi lemah, saluran koronari tersumbat dan lain-lain lagi.
ii) Lidah, tisu mulut atau gusi menjadi pecah-pecah (ulser):Menandakan darah mengandungi asid berlebihan.
iii) Mulut berbau busuk.:Proses penyeimbangan fungsi perut untuk>pembuangan toksin.

6. TELINGA: Berkaitan dengan buah pinggang.
i) Telinga terasa tersumbat: Buah pinggang mengandungi toksin berlebihan.
ii) Telinga berdengung: Sedang merawat buah pinggang yang lemah.Biasanya tapak kaki terasa sakit ketika bangun pagi dan sakit itu hilang setelah berjalan-jalan.

Please read this and pass it on to any Muslims, as much as you can. It is a vital and important information. Muslims should now refrain from using the term "Mosque". I was flipping through this book the other day called "THE COMPLETE IDIOT'S GUIDE TO UNDERSTANDING ISLAM" and it is filled with some facts. One of them concerns the term "Mosque." So many of us think that this is the English translation of Masjid.
I'm sure none of us ever wondered how this term came into being when it really had little in common with how it sounded compared to 'Masjid'. (We were very young when we were taught this –English- word. Our minds then were not critical & analytical, so didn't dare to ask/challenge our teachers, right?). Anyway this book pointed out that the term 'mosque' is derived from the Spanish word for "mosquito." It was termed as such because during the Crusades, King Ferdinand said they were going to go and swat the Muslims - "like mosq”.

Disebuah kampung(name not to be mentioned), masjidnya inda pandai panuh time sembahyang jumaat sal orang muda-mudanya inda pandai datang.
Iatah Pa imam nya ani pintar, announcenya di kampung pakai speaker basar-basar yang berbunyi ..

“..sapa sembahyang jumaat minggu ani ku bagi 50$ sorang......”

So jumaat yang di tunggu-tunggu atu, awu banar panuh wah masjid ah, limpar sampai keluar, ramai wah orang muda-muda, arah tampat entrance atu kira gigi betamu gigi la.
Sudah habis sembahyang jumaat just after Pa Imam membaca doa ia pun kan menuju keluar. Rupa-rupanya banyak anak muda-muda tadi atu menunggui.
One of them - “Pa Imam, mana chia duit kan kita bagi kami ah?”

Arsenal got their Champions League campaign back on course with a 3-1 victory over Hamburg at the Emirates Stadium to top Group G.The Gunners, though, only came to life late in the second half after trailing to a magnificent effort from Rafael van der Vaart.
Victory was nevertheless deserved given the industry of Arsene Wenger's men, whose dominance was finally rewarded by strikes from Robin van Persie, Emmanuel Eboue and a first for on-loan Brazilian Julio Baptista.
Avoiding defeat next month against Porto, who won at CSKA Moscow, will send last season's runners-up into the knock-out stage.
However, they must face that task without suspended Thierry Henry after the Arsenal captain picked up a third caution of the competition.

Brunei : Cool-Nation

Obviously you have not been anywhere outside of Brunei... Because if you have, you know how far behind our transportation system is. Busses are the cheapest mode of public transportation, if the cheapest our country cannot manage at all, what more the bigger modes- I havent even mentioned trains and subways. It reflects on Brunei's poor transportation system. To tourists, the increase in our country's car population and wider roads would mean nothing to them. Why would it when it does very little to help them get around? Our FOCUS is on this country's PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:1) Having been visited a lot of other countries, I depend heavily on their public transportation. Yes, immediately outside the airport, I use the CAB to get to the hotel (normally one-off expensive payment), but after, I look for the nearest subway station or a bus outlet (especially while studying or going for courses).2)Not just our bus stops look cheap (I'm sure they dont cost more than the items I just mentioned (pipes, cement, zinc, cheap tiles) also maybe manhours for say 2 construction workers/per location. Inda ja?2) Bus Stops in Brunei do not function properly. No labels, NO timetables. First timers to Brunei, those who do not travel with tourguides, will heavily depend on Busses as a cheaper mode to Taxis or walking. Not all backpackers have the luxury of spending $20 everytime trying to get from point A to point B in Brunei. Most European tourists as we have noticed are quite senior. And in Brunei trust me, nobody can walk the distance from the Mall to say Sheraton Hotel or all the way back to the Holiday Lodge, thats only one journey...3) To say Bus stops have no fixed time table itself is unacceptable. Our Bus stops look like they are deserted most of the time. do we know if any bus has ever stopped there? On one occasion, a group of colleagues from OMAN came to Brunei for a local course, they wanted to see "Bandar Seri Begawan", so they tried to get from Seria to BSB without informing any of us. They ended up getting there and back by TAXI, costing them somewhere near $150 for the day. Taxi took them to Yayasan. Even then, they didnt know where they were and what to do with no proper maps as guides. We as Bruneians, were embarassed on behalf of the transportation ministry.4) Bus drivers also stop everywhere where they see people waving at them, not necessarily at their designated stops. They also drop people in the same manner. This is obviously dangerous, but do these Bus Drivers themselves know its dangerous? have they been trained properly???5) So I ask you what is the purpose of having those "newly refurbished" bus stops? Seriously, they still dont function properly and to add more salt to injury, they look HIDEOUS. Either you just wasted all that money on something that does not work. Or you just didnt spend enough to make it work. Either way you lose. And the whole country is paying for it. and for how long?

Talking about teman2 ani, kalau nada teman susah jua kan. Waktu sukla atu bole lah, tu nah waktu duka2 an ah, mun faham bisai. Tapi if sudah jumpa kawan yang lama2 atu, siok jua lah. Macam bermula rasanya kehidupan yang lampau atu.Bah lain kali lg lah tani ceta2.
