About Sahur..in arabic language we called it Suhur.. its just like the malay language..from what our teacher told us,..all muslimeen and muslimaat are encourage to take their sahur..
want to know why? its because Sahur will differ us from other kaum..and the only Kaum in Islam that had their sahur were Umat Nabi Muhammad..
Dari 'Amr bin 'Ash radhiyallahu 'anhu Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
"..Pembeza antara puasa kita dengan puasanya Ahlul Kitab adalah makan sahur.." (HR Muslim 1096).
